Terms and Conditions — Rosé Festival Odense

Ticket Sales and Fees
Rosé Festival Odense uses the Understory ticketing system. When you buy a ticket, you pay directly to the festival -- Understory only mediates the sale.
Ticket fees and additional product charges may apply. These fees are clearly displayed during purchase and are non-refundable.

Payment and Delivery
You can pay by debit card and MobilePay. Your ticket will be automatically sent to your email as a PDF immediately after purchase.

Cancellation and Refund
Tickets are not subject to the right of cancellation, cf. Danish law. In case of cancellation, Rosé Festival Odense will generally refund the ticket price — excluding any fees.
**For the purchase of tapas, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact us directly with any questions. **

Responsibility and Contact
Rosé Festival Odense is responsible for the event. Understory is not liable for cancellations or changes.
